Alana Stewart, DVM

Dr. Alana graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. While at Ross, Dr. Alana worked as an officer for the student chapter of the Association of Shelter Veterinarians, and was passionate about bringing veterinary care to the local community. Dr. Alana completed her clinical year at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Prior to attending veterinary school, Dr. Alana worked as a veterinary technician at Ramsey Veterinary Hospital for 4 years and was excited for the opportunity to return as a doctor after graduation given the fantastic staff and clientele at the hospital.

Dr. Alana’s interests include accessible veterinary care, shelter medicine and oncology. She also enjoys working with exotic pets! In her free time, she likes to go for hikes and hang out with her dog, Charlie, and cat, Remy, who were both adopted from the island of Saint Kitts. Her other passions include mutts (the more indistinguishable the breeds, the better), baking cookies for the RVH staff and discussing reality tv plots with her friends
